The Story
It's been 4 years since Angel and his team failed. Los Angeles was taken over by the portal the Senior Partners opened to destroy them. It's unknown if members of Angel's team survived, but it is evident that the underworld is taking over slowly. They spread like a virus, starting in L.A. and spreading their reach across the entire West coastline of the US. Vampire and demons alike have traveled to the west to join the chaos.
Seattle, Washington is one city that has been run over nearly completely. The Slayers fight to keep order, but their hold is failing, and the vampires and demons are taking advantage of it. They are given an advantage due to the Seattle underground.
Buffy and her team are busy in Europe keeping the war from spreading there, and Giles has turned things to Connor in the US front of it all. Recently rumors have started that none other than Angel's infamous son himself is going to make a visit to Seattle. He helped clean up most of LA--except for the neighborhood that will always belong to the vamps--and has been working his way up the coast. At word of the aproach of Connor, the Seattle population is either in panic or hope, depending on which side they root for. Forces are gathering, and Slayers are training.
Up to their old tricks the Senior Partners at Wolfram & Hart are lately only seen in the form of Mafdet by those unlucky enough to be sent to the White Room.
Fast forward to 20 years later...
Seattle is a warzone. Spillover from the demons in L.A. has left the entire western shore of the US a battleground filled with decay and debris. Gabriel Cross commands most of his kind, residing in the destroyed half of Seattle, Washington. Supernatural beings are known and walk openly among the 'normal,' Slayers are respected by the people and hated by the demons who take the cities at night.
There seems to be no end in sight of the battle with evil.
